Product Update

Production: March 06, 2024​

This Product Update provides a summary of changes and enhancements to the existing application that impact all customers. When applicable, it includes changes to functionality that were made to resolve customer-specific issues and that apply to all Tenovos users.

Unless otherwise stated, the availability of each update is as follows:

  • UAT: March 04, 2024
  • Production: March 06, 2024
  • Availability: All customers

Auth0 Authentication Progress and Updates​

Although not available for general customer testing, we have made substantial progress on work being done to implement Auth0 authentication. Notable checkpoints include:

  • Completed updates necessary to convert Tenovos Web UI to Auth0 authentication flow.
  • Completed necessary work for Tenovos Rest API to leverage OAuth2 authentication flow.
  • Completed work for the "Impersonate User" feature to work seamlessly with account authenticated through Auth0.

Other Enhancements and Quality Improvements​

  • Resolved an issue where duplicate AI Tags were generating in asset metadata.
  • Resolved an issue where search results were inaccurate when filtering on an attribute value that was mapped to a synonym containing multiple words.
  • Resolved an issue where the login screen was not respecting configurations to expand or collapse the local login fields.
  • Resolved an issue where the "Publish to Youtube" job type in the "Jobs" page was incorrect.
  • Resolved an issue where "Publish to Youtube" channels were showing as active after they had been deactivated.
  • Resolved an issue where the "Search Collection" API endpoint would return a 403 status code when no collections matching the specified keyword were found.
  • Resolved an issue where the "Asset Scan" API endpoint would return a 404 status code when no assets matching the specified keyword were found.
  • Resolved an issue where the asset details page would give an error message indicating failure following a successful metadata edit.
  • Resolved an issue where occasional metadata export sheets were not respecting blank cells in multi-row tables.
  • Resolved an issue where clicking "Manage Collections" in the asset details page would remove other action buttons in the asset details page.
